This is to introduce ourselves as a highly professional consultancy organization offering services from 1986 in complete Structural design, Repair and Rehabilitation, project planning and monitoring in various areas of civil engineering like Residential Buildings, Commercial Complex, Hotels, Communication towers, Sports Stadium, Assembly Halls, etc., needing innovative special structures in India.

Our main goal is to bring out innovative and cost efficient structures using latest structural concepts, computer analysis and design. We have a team of highly qualified and experienced staffs.

Through our own effort supplemented by the help given by our collaborators, we have good computing facilities using efficient computer software packages for Static and Dynamic Analysis of multi-storied buildings, Industrial Structures, Educational Institutions. As we have an extensive library of case studies in all these types of structures, we will be able to offer our services both in pre-tendering stages as well as subsequent detailed engineering stages.

Jays Civil Tec Design Private Limited was established in July 2014. Previously it was operating as a proprietary company in the name of ACE Consultancy Services from 1986.

Era.Elango is a structural Consulting Engineer who built his professional foundation on the key belief that client satisfaction is paramount and primary to success. He had graduated from the Government Engineering College , Salem and started his career in the year 1980. After practicing as a design engineer in Pithavadian And Partners for 5 years , he laid the foundation for ACE Consultancy Services which was later converted into a Private Limited firm in name of Jays Civil Tec Design Pvt Ltd in 2014.

He is also an member of the Institution of Engineers and a registered License Surveyor with corporation.

E. Pon Jaindiran has graduated his bachelor's in civil engineering. As a young entrepreneur he has a vision to contribute to the field and the organization by studying & applying latest civil engineering technology and modern management practices. He also superintends the operations and finances of the organization.
